Great stay for brittany no too close to Ww2 beaches.
Value for money out of season 19€ with asci card.
Great facilities however showers could be hotter/adjustable ( temp ) used the washing facilites, good fair price , some pitches were tight but generally spacious , shaded , play area for kids , need torch for some parts. Great stop over too, some road noise.

Stayed at this site for 4 days towards the end of the season and the facilitieswerestill being maintained to a very high degree. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bread and croisants ordered on a daily basis was also first class

stayed here in the week before D Day and it was very busy but kept very clean, plenty hot water in the showers. easy walk into the centre of town and a good bakery across the road. good place to spend some time pitches are a good size and separated by hedging

We stay here each year in our camper at the beginning and end of our month away.
The campsite is beautifully located within easy walking distance of the town.
The staff are exceeding friendly and are very supportive of my o level French which I take every opportunity to practice. It is only polite to do this.
The plots are a good size and offer privacy and space.
The toilet shower block is centrally located and is clean and tidy.
There are regular hot food vendors attending the site in the evenings which provide a wealth of foods from different cultures.
The town is a marvel of historic interests and a gateway to the landing beaches.

meals are good. near to Caen for ferry too. Worth a stay.

Lovely clean and warm toilet block and clean, well maintained washing and washing up area. The pitch sizes varied greatly. Lovely riverside walk into Bayeux. Carrefour within easy walking distance. Local boulangerie sold amazing cake as well as sandwiches and bagettes. Lots of information about the area including local walks. Friendly staff who were enormously helpful when we had a flat battery.

Fabulous location for exploring the city of Bayeux and Gold Beach. Very Friendly and welcoming staff

We stayed 2 nights on our way back to Le Shuttle. Lots of pitches (you can choose your own) with hedges between. Some are a bit tight to get into for caravans and very long motorhomes. Bit of noise from the nearby road but nothing to bother you and quiet at night. Toilets and showers are OK but could do with updating. The receptionist was efficient but not particularly friendly. Easy walk or cycle into town with a good cycle way.

We turned up without booking and all of the electric pitches were full but the very friendly receptionist found us a pitch where we could just stretch our cable to a hook up. All of the staff were friendly. The showers and toilets have very recently been refurbished and are big, light and spotlessly clean. The washing up area is outside under cover and is the best I've ever seen on a campsite. The food van was disappointing - it was a couscous van and it very poor. The site is within easy cycling distance of the town (shortcut through the back of the site by the municipal swimming pool) and there is a lovely bakery and supermarket within walking distance.
