Do not come to this site! I want it all to myself!!
It’s a nice friendly site. Some pitches are on a slightly sloping pitch. be careful on the route you choose when travelling from the A2, the road is very uneven in places, take your time.

we stayed at this site for 10 days, as a ACSI award winning we felt it it was safe to stay that long. the toilet amenities were 5 star, the pitches were large as we asked for but came out more expensive per night, it's a lovely site so had no problem paying the extra. would we stay there again no, for a number of reasons. the resort is one street, Vasco de Gamma, it has several bar restaurants which are self service bars especially and you pay via a machine and prices were reasonable

the campsite has fabulous facilities, everything you could wish for plus friendly staff. it’s immaculate. with ACSI choice of A or B location pitches. A area is under trees, smaller pitches and felt cramp and many small children/families but good if you want shade. Area B much nicer, huge pitches, some you pay extra for, but I could not see the difference. all pitches in B have individual water. the swimming pool is lovely with lots of free sun beds.warm dog showers

The surroundings are fantastic and the campsite is clean and quiet.

Best campsite we have ever stayed in Portugal. Generally a flat site nicely laid out with excellent swimming pool and toilet blocks.

Camping com muito boas condições, único ponto fraco é o supermercado.

3 Days long weekend very good. the space is great and you can choose between free place in the pine wood / eucaliptus wood or delimited piches.

Bei unserer Womotour durch Portugal haben wir in Porto Covo, einem kleinen, ehemaligen Fischerdorf mehrere Tage Station gemacht. Sowohl der Ort als auch der Campingplatz sind ein echter Geheimtipp, sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man die Algarve abseits der bekannten Orte genießen will.
Der Campingplatz überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage, seine großzügigen Stellplätze, die sehr gepflegten Sanitäreinrichtungen, die Nähe zu schönen, kleinen Badebuchten und die familienfreundlichen Angebote (Pool und Spielplatz). Wir sind deswegen länger geblieben als ursprünglich geplant.

lots of noisy dogs on site, maybe keep area for dog owners under the trees?

centre about 15 min nice walk
see front very nice
showers ok, only disabled with hose shower so most using that one
would be nice for area map on arrival but got nothing

would recommend as nice area outside camp and looks like lot of improvements going on
