Great location to ride into Isla Christina town, it’s possible to cycle east too into other villages and onwards on good cycle ways to El Terrón but there is a bit of a gap where you need to use the road. staff spoke good English and were helpful, suggesting a sunny pitch which was more spacious than the natural shaded pitches. the artificial shade pitches were an interesting idea. multiple shower blocks cleaned often, good condition. Pitches very difficult to access due to the signal posts (numbered pitches) hampering entry. Toilet facilities good with plenty hot water. Very congested site with lots of permanent pitches and glamping tents. WiFi ok. Isla Cristina bit outdated.

A big site with many fixed tents and cabins. Very well run, with many cleaning staff and caretakers. Ample toilet facilities as all the tents and cabins seem to have their own private facilities attached. No restaurant, when we were there but several available from 1km away in the town. Our only downside it was dusty due to the traffic of other campers

had 3 nights here, it's a large campsite and enjoyed our stop over here, we travel with our dogs and the walks for them in the trees to the beach stunning. the site bar restaurant is in the swimming pool area and was quite a hike from our pitch, so we needed to drive there, at our age walking has become a problem, I like swimming and the pool was filled with a few guys playing with a ball, so I didn't go in, following day was perfect for me as my husband set at the bar watching me.

Stayed here to escape the heat of Cordoba. Much cooler by coast. This is a big site and must be crowded in summer, and I imagine facilities may struggle, but for us in late May it was ideal. Plenty of room, no need to book in advance. Looks a bit shanty town when you arrive with permanent pitches, but we chose the far end past pool in amongst pines which was pleasant. Toilet / shower block good and clean. Small shop on site, and not far to supermarket in town. Plenty of cycle lanes to get around. Close to lovely beach which we had virtually to ourselves. But on downside there was only one beach bar open, and no restaurants going yet.
Probably best time to go would be mid June when I suspect the area start to get going.

What a lovely friendly site. Friendly & helpful staff throughout. Asked at reception if we wanted a sunny or shaded pitch and we got what we asked for. Lovely spacious pitches, bright clean toilet blocks, lovely beaches … What’s not to like?

Very good campsite, big but lots of big and clean toilet blocks. Great hot showers. Fab walk along the beach to some great sea front restaurants and bars selling catch of the day sea food. Only negative for us was the mosquitoes but we were just unlucky! Can recommend the site and Isla Cristina.

We arrived towards the end of May and found that the bar/snack bar was closed Monday & Tuesday night. The restaurant was supposed to open on the 1st of June but from then until we left on the 6th there was no sign of it. The snack bar had a fairly limited selection so don\'t rely on that for much. Nice site and easy bike rides into Isla Cristina and through the woods over the road.

took the offer of 7 nights for 6 pay in advance! Ended up leaving after 6 though for weather reasons rather than problem with campsite. Very sandy so choose pitch wisely. We did struggle a bit with this as my husband\'s wheelchair does not like sand. Only issue we had was they were reluctant to give us a key for wheelchair accessible shower and told us to use the adapted shower in the main toilet block. This did not work as it was constantly in use by families (don\'t blame them). Eventually we were given key to separate facility. Other than that the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Great location on outskirts of interesting port town.
